THE DESIGNATIONS
Erbaluce di Caluso DOCG
Straw yellow-colored and still, this wine features bright and light green nuances and brilliant limpidity when it is young. Its delicate bouquet offers aromas of wild flowers, in particular, of acacia and whitethorn.
Carema DOC
Two local Nebbiolo grape varieties, Picutener and Pugnet, the morainic rocks of Carema, on the border with the Valle d’Aosta region. These are the secrets behind one of the finest Piedmontese wines, Carema, which was granted the DOC designation in 1967.
Canavese DOC
The production area includes about one hundred towns near Turin and ten or so near Biella and Vercelli. The grape varieties used to produce this wine are Nebbiolo, Barbera, Bonarda, Freisa and Neretto: either 100% or in blends, they must amount to at least 60% of grapes used
